After a junior developer role, next role is usually a mid-level or associate development position.
This position demands more flexibility, an extensive knowledge of the technology system, and the capacity to manage more difficult duties.
However, career paths may differ. Some developers could choose to specialize in a particular field, such as becoming a senior developer or even a software architect. Others may prefer management and leadership, aiming for positions such as team leader or software development manager.
