About Role
We are hiring Global Technology Analysts through our Off Campus Hiring Program 2026.
As part of our technology team, you’ll help design, develop, and deliver software that supports banking operations across the world. You’ll work with modern tools, global teams, and real-world financial systems.
Responsibilities
- Work on software design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Analyze user requirements and build practical technical solutions.
- Write efficient, high-quality, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with teams across India and other global locations.
- Participate in agile development, version control, and CI/CD processes.
- Support proof-of-concepts and explore new technologies.
- You may work on tools and technologies such as Java, Python, SQL, Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Kafka, and Cloud platforms.
Eligibility
- Batch: 2026 pass-outs only
- Degree: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
- CGPA: 8.0 or above (no active backlogs)
- Experience: Freshers only
- Citizenship: Indian citizens residing in India
Skills Required
- Good understanding of programming and databases
- Proficiency in one or more languages (Java, Python, C++, C#/.NET)
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Familiar with software development tools and agile methods
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
- Awareness of AI/ML, cloud, or automation tools
- Interest in data analytics or visualization
- Creative approach to solving technical problems
Work Location
- Open to work from any Bank of America India locations:
- Mumbai, Chennai, Gurugram, Hyderabad, or GIFT City (Gandhinagar).
- Candidates must be flexible to work in rotational or night shifts if required.
