Responsibilities

• Analyze call traffic, average handle time, and attendance to plan for overstaffing or understaffing. Monitor and track access issues across all levels and systems.
• Monitoring and logging network faults to provide insights into operations and their impact on performance.
• Monitoring schedule adherence to help the management team meet target-driven adherence targets.
• Retrieve all messages recorded on the attendance line.
• Monitoring workforce management as necessary.

Skills

• Strong communication abilities, MS Office proficiency, and Excel proficiency are advantageous.
• Knowledge, expertise, and awareness of important contact center performance measures such service levels, delivery versus goal intervals, call monitoring, and schedule adherence.
• Experience with labor management solutions and contact center monitoring apps is advantageous.
• You must have real-world time management experience.
• Should be from the WFM department.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Your current role should be RTA.
