Responsibilities

• Review tickets/order IDs based on client-provided input documents.
• Communicate effectively to take proper steps to resolve the customer’s problems.
• Checking the status of services on account in the client tools.
• Excellent multitasking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to respond quickly and aggressively while dealing with important events – ability to appraise situations and initiate suitable actions
• Updating order status in internal and client tools.
• Should be able to compile daily reports and share them with clients.
• Meet process expectations by adhering to SLAs and maintaining high quality standards.
• Collaborates with the team and the project manager to achieve timely project delivery.

Skills

• Fresher or one year experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as ability to create and analyze tickets.
• Proven capacity to self-check work to assure error-free results.
• The ability to interact effectively with clients
• Ability to operate in a high-energy, rapidly changing, and demanding environment, including rotational shifts.
