Salary Details:

  • During first 3 months (classroom training): ₹25,000 per month (internship period)
  • After training: Full-time role as Associate Engineer Trainee
  • Annual CTC: ₹4,00,100 per year
  • Bond: ₹2,00,000 for a period of 2 years and 9 months

Role Overview:

  • As an Associate Engineer Trainee, you will:
  • Go through technical and practical training in your engineering field.
  • Support project teams in design, testing, and execution tasks.
  • Work with senior engineers on live projects across India.
  • Learn to handle site operations, reports, and documentation.
  • Follow safety, quality, and process standards of L&T.

  • Education Requirements:
