    You can find your MySQL host username and password by opening Websites → Manage, searching for Databases Management on the sidebar, and clicking on it. Then, scroll down to your desired database, and the details will be shown right under MySQL Database and MySQL User. 

    If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it. Here are some steps for resetting your password:
    1. Stop the MySQL server process
    2. Start the MySQL server with the –skip-grant-tables and –skip-networking options
    3. Connect to the MySQL server as the root user 
    You can also use the MySQL CURRENT_USER() function to return the user name and host name for the MySQL account that the server used to authenticate the current client
