I experienced a very bad experience with the Accenture interview process; after completing my online test, I attended a face-to-face interview, and I have spoken frankly regarding my the interviewer; I believe he wasn’t ready to take an interview; despite asking questions about related skills, he continued to tell me anything beyond what you did in the project.
I was explaining every one of the concepts I utilized for the project, and he asked if there was anything else. He didn’t ever ask me questions about the skill. Even after my basic explanation for the project and skill, he rejected me. I strongly urge that interviewers be transparent before taking an interview, and not to waste our time and efforts we here to attend a interview.
Most of time you do not get rejection mail, you have to check it on portal status which is shown there.

However, I believe that sitting on the bench for a long period of time is damaging to your career because it begins to reflect on your professional background. If you work on a project, you’ll get to know things and have hands-on experience with that particular technology/tool, which can be useful when you choose to join another company.
