Capgemini likely not hiring freshers as well as experienced candidates may be due to these reasons

    • Targeted Openings: Current job openings might not align with your skillset or experience. Capgemini’s hiring needs fluctuate based on projects and client requirements. They might be actively looking for specific skillsets you lack.

    • Shifting Priorities: It’s possible Capgemini is currently prioritizing filling positions in other areas. They might be focusing on experienced professionals in certain domains while freshers recruitment is on hold.

    • Temporary Hiring Freeze (Uncommon): In rare instances, companies might have temporary hiring freezes due to budget constraints or restructuring. However, these freezes typically wouldn’t encompass both freshers and experienced candidates altogether.

Basically It depends on company to company.

Some companies need fresh graduates with a lot of excitement, motivation, and a willingness to work hard, and they only request for a low salary.

Some companies need new and creative approaches, while others want young people to establish a different type of working environment.

So it all depends on the firm’s HR policy and its long- and short-term aims.
