    Hey arbaj , drinking alcohol in IT sector is totally illegal , If you are in office area or in the office you cant drink alcohol , but in the office party at some hotel place , drinking alcohol is allow to all of the employees .

    So, my advice to you would be to work in the MNC’s for a minimum period of 2 years until the bond period isn’t expired. After 2 years go for post graduation like M.B.A, M.S, M.Tech because you will have an edge with experience of the corporate world using that experience for post graduation will set you a class apart from the people who have directly underwent post graduation after graduation.
    After your post graduation, your value will increase, then apply for a good product based company which fosters holistic growth, has a stable paycheck and a good and friendly work environment.
