I have heard people working at Google and Intuit being deeply satisfied with their jobs in IT and software development – the concept is alien to me.
As for work life balance:
- You have some 15 hours in day (considering you sleep for 8 hours and include 1 hr of the morning after you wake up and get ready for office).
- You spend 11 hours in the office (1 hr travelling from home to work and vice-versa + 9 hours in the office).
- Balance what you can in the remaining 4 hours
