First Stage: CTS HR will request that you submit a self-resignation form. If you do not, neither FITE nor any other union will be able to assist you in reapplying for a position at CTS.
Second Stage: If you quit right away without serving the notice period, CTS HR will only pay you for two months of compensation. I assume that means you are not receiving any attractive offers from them. Employees haven’t received a 100% bonus this year because this is the worst phase of CTS; yet, in the same situation last year, employees received bonuses of up to 225%.
Third Stage: Resist the urge to give in, as HR will attempt to exert pressure and engage in unscrupulous political maneuvers. Even if they threaten to fire you, you should maintain your composure and search for other alternatives in the meanwhile.
Fourth Stage: Resign yourself if you have an offer from another organization; if not, you won’t. It is best to pursue the matter through to the ultimate finish. When things get out of hand, they might offer you something unconventional in the interim.

Set aside thirty days to master a simple skill that you can then expand on. Begin attending interviews regarding it after 30 days. You will get proficient at answering interview questions and cracking interviews over time.
This could require two months or so. Thus, a total of three months to recover. Tcs undoubtedly paid the entire compensation in order to exist throughout these three months.

So coming to your questions, yeah its possible to earn 15LPA even more than that as a fresher. The only thing is how much you are oriented and passionate to achieve your goals. Also to let you know in all the fancy CTCs that you see there are stocks or esops which makes the CTC bigger(even its there in mine).
Now coming to the preparation part to achieve that
