    Simply nothing. They just won't provide you the Experience letter. They won't take any legal action because such bonds have no legal status in India (according to the "Bhandhua Majdoori Unmoolan" Act).     Wipro has specific process and timelines for onboarding new employees. Sometimes wipro hire candidates in any batch and delay joining letter until a batch is ready to join. If there is pending background check or documentation this can also be one of the reason
