Yes, FIS Global, like many companies, reserves the right to terminate employees during the training period.
While it’s not uncommon for companies to invest time and resources in training new hires, they also have the expectation that employees will demonstrate the ability to perform the job. If an employee’s performance, attendance, or behavior doesn’t meet the company’s standards during training, they may be released from the position.
