According to me no, it is extremely unlikely that a fresher in a React JS profile can expect a salary of 20+ LPA in 2024.
Whereas the tech company offers high packages, especially in highly competitive fields such as React JS, starting salary for freshers is frequently lower. Companies commonly expend time and resources for training freshers and it requires knowledge to gain greater salary.
If you want to get a salary in that range, you’d probably need a combination of outstanding skills, a solid portfolio of projects, and possibly unusual circumstances, such as working for a startup or in a specialized specialty.
