I started working at Mindtree as a trainee and completed my training in Kalinga. There is no “exam”; instead, you will develop self-study skills and won’t be taught anything until it’s necessary.
The lead will guide you on what to practice more or what to do next during your weekly discussions regarding the assigned work.
