    Your Work Status: Have you secured a new position, or are you unemployed right now?
    Time Spent Away From Previous Job: How much time has passed since you left your last job?
    Based on these variables, the withdrawal choices are broken down as follows:

    Situation 1: Jobless and Over Two Months Following Departure

    After quitting your job, you can withdraw your whole PF corpus (total accumulated amount) tax-free if you haven’t worked for more than two months. Here’s how to accomplish it:

    Following your job loss, you can withdraw your whole PF corpus (total accrued amount) tax-free if you haven’t worked for more than two months. This is how you do it:

    Online Withdrawal: Suggested

    If you haven’t previously, activate your Universal Account Number (UAN). (https://epfindia.gov.in/unifiedportal-mem
    For a quicker approach, link your UAN to your Aadhar card.
    To access the EPFO Member e-SEWA portal, enter your password and UAN. (https://epfindia.gov.in/unifiedportal-mem
    Make sure you pick “Claim (Form 31, 19 & 10C)” under “Online Service
