Most jobs need many interviews. So, clarify that you completed the screening interview and are now meeting with the hiring manager.

• Prepare answers to important questions, such as why I should hire you, how you manage with failures and what motivates you. What are your previous achievements that would benefit the organization if hired?(Search Google for the most common interview questions.)
• Keep the correct mindset: be curious, respectful, positive and ready to deal with the hits.
• How does your function benefit them? Who are the leading competitors?
  This looks like a lot of work, and it is. Doing so increases your chances of acing the interview greatly.
