When I resigned from TCS, my new job accepted a 90-day notice period because their official notice period is also 90 days and the hiring process is not specific to a project. Service-based companies generally agree to a 90-day notice period for candidates, while product-based companies usually provide a notice period of 30-60 days.
According to my experiences, companies (mainly service-based) with an official notice period of 90 days accept candidates 90-day notice period.
Most product-based organizations have a notice period of 30-60 days.
In short, I accepted an offer from the company that was accepted for a 90-day period of time. Because of the difficulty in 2021-22 , my joining was postponed and I became instantly available for joining. So I came upon a product-based company and joined it.
What I suggest is that companies such as TCS, Accenture, CTS, Infosys, and many others accept 90-day period.
