Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) can terminate an employee if they are found guilty of breaching security protocols. TCS may also ask an employee to resign if they are found guilty, or take other harsh actions. If TCS terminates an employee, they will mention the reason for termination in their experience letter, which could negatively impact their career. However, HR may be willing to give a second chance.
Anything is possible in corporate culture but they probably won’t.
They usually extend training for candidates who aren’t doing well. The candidate must then take a few tests, and if the results are suitable, ILP will approve you for employment at the base site.
However, try not to enter into this kind of situation. During training, you should study hard. The exams are simple enough that you can be an average candidate.
