is there any bond in accenture for freshers , can i break bond in accenture without loosing money ?
It is determined by your current career level. If you joined Accenture as a fresher and have to work for at least 14 months.
If you break the bond, you will have to pay 75,000. Yet that is decided based on the number of months remaining until the bond period expires. And once you’ve started working on projects, if you decide to leave Accenture as a fresher, you’ll have one month’s notice.
And you have to do that. In the event that you do not serve the notice period because of real concerns, you will be required to pay Accenture one month’s salary as compensation.
If you’ve been promoted, you will be required to serve three months’ notice period. And you must pay compensation if you fail to fulfill the notice period.
