Within two months of quitting IBM: If you retired or left IBM within the last two months, you can use the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) website to start the PF withdrawal process.
You must have your EPFO portal login information and your UAN (Universal Account Number) active. In order for the money to be credited to your bank account, you must fill out an online claim form.
More than two months after quitting IBM: The withdrawal procedure may be a little different if you’ve been out of IBM for longer than two months. Your claim will probably not be processed by IBM, thus you will be doing it all through the EPFO web. While the procedures are the same as in the previous case, you may need to select the “Claim Settlement for Past Member (who left service more than 2 months back)” option.
As I am currently working in the same field, I think I can better describe it.
When you join IBM, you will get a joining bonus to cover your travel and settling costs. After completion of training, you will be transferred to any of the cities in the mentioned project.
In response to your question, IBM provides features such as
The greatest option is to work from home.
Unlimited sick leave (paid).
Work-life balance is excellent (although it is not in my case).
Cab facilities to WOMEN.
