This is a really good question. People nowadays, in my opinion, are not serious about their jobs or responsibilities. With their studies, they started looking for a job to get experience. Some people are not consistent with their efforts. They do not work to learn new things.
Recruiters and employers want freshers to be consistent and willing to learn. Recruiters examine their communication skills and confidence. The ability to impress a recruiter or employer is more significant than your degree.
Fresher should constantly have a learning mindset. Be on time at work. Follow all office rules and establish good collaboration. Always stand up for yourself or herself.
Freshers are usually valuable in large industries. They’ll train you and make you valuable employee.
If you have a learning attitude, you can only learn; else, you can never advance.
In my opinion, employers or organizations expect the previously mentioned from freshers. This will benefit both the freshers and the recruiter/employer. I just have one piece of advice forfreshers: keep a good attitude.
