Following your acceptance of TCS Clearq’s offer letter, the following usually take place:

Onboarding:

The onboarding process, which includes filling out paperwork, arranging for payroll and benefits, and maybe making appointments for medical examinations, will be started by TCS. To help you acquaint yourself with the business and the position, they may also provide you pre-joining materials.

Joining:

The official joining date will be communicated to you by TCS. You’ll attend a formal induction session on your first day of work, where you’ll meet other employees, receive more corporate information, and set up your workspace.

TCS may also do background checks during this time to confirm the details you provide in your application. To prevent any issues, it’s critical to make sure all the information are correct.
