Yes, probably you will have to pay. It may happen that in some years, companies will take legal action against employees for violation of contract. TCS, I know, pursued a friend of mine who relocated to the United States for many years and had to pay. It is advisable to serve your bond period and continue to improve your skills. Two years in a career that will most likely last 30 years is not a long time.
This isn’t the first time you’ve been in this problem. We all make commitments based on our current circumstances, situation changes, and we can be quickly to get out of the responsibilities, but remember it is you who made that promise; fulfill it to preserve your respect as well as to be patient and careful before making a decision.
