Employers frequently choose experienced applicants over recent graduates since the former often need less training and are able to jump right in and provide important knowledge and skills to the position. This does not, however, imply that novices cannot have the opportunity to obtain experience. Gaining relevant internships, taking part in projects, developing a strong network, demonstrating their abilities through projects or portfolios, and always learning and improving oneself are all ways that freshmen might increase their prospects. Furthermore, several organizations provide internships or entry-level jobs exclusively to new hires in order to assist them in gaining the required experience. To make up for the lack of practical experience, one must show talent, a will to learn, and a strong work ethic.
