The main reason a company wouldn’t want a fresher is because of this.
Even with a college degree, a fresher requires an average of six months of training to get comfortable with the practical and business applications of the knowledge they acquired.
It costs money to use the resource (Fresher) throughout these six months. They pay for training, trainer time, and other costs in addition to his income and perks.
Big Tech is happy to cough up thus much cash, hires new employees frequently, and puts them through a factory
However, boutique businesses, specialized organizations, and mid-sized IT firms cannot afford to train so many people and wait six months for someone to be ready.
