As I know , There are following some of the reasons :
Recent graduates are more flexible and eager to pick up new technologies and abilities, which are critical in the rapidly evolving IT sector.
Recent graduates can be taught in accordance with the norms and criteria of the organization and are more economical.
Because they are more committed and less inclined to switch jobs frequently, recent graduates are more likely to work for a company for a longer amount of time.
Recent graduates, who are exposed to the newest developments in academia, can provide fresh insights and ideas to the organization.
These are a few of the typical variables that affect Indian IT companies’ hiring choices. This does not, however, imply that there are no prospects for experienced applicants in the IT industry. Numerous positions and tasks still call for specialized knowledge and abilities that can only be provided by seasoned pros. As a result, in the IT industry, both new and seasoned candidates have benefits and challenges of their own.
