    It looks like there’s not much info available about whether Capgemini gives experience certificates to candidates who fail a background verification (BGV), but here’s some related information about experience letters and BGV:
    • In India, employees who work for an organization for more than six months are entitled to an experience letter, regardless of whether they were laid off.
    • Companies may ask for an experience letter or relieving statement to verify current employment as part of a BGV.
    • If a BGV fails after joining, the company must investigate before terminating the employee or imposing other punishment.

    Usually for experienced people BGV will run around the previous employments.
    Now a days BGV is very strict and they are particular about your previous employments.
    ex: Previous company related things which you need to have handy
    1.Offer letter
    2.Hike letter
    3.Payslips they may ask last 3–6 months or more.
    4.Resignation acceptance letter
    5.Bank Statements (they may ask you bank statements anytime for any specified period)
    6.Form16
    7. Pf number.
    BGV team will check your previous employments and if they are fine with the documnets/information which you have provided then everything will be cool.
    If they are having any doubt with your previous employment they will ask statements,form16,pf number etc and they will verify each and everything.
    PF number is changing the fate of people , BGV team is checking the PF account and verifying the previous employment information which is showing the start and exit dates from organisation. It is also showing the dual employment related details as well. That is the reason last year WIPRO fired 300 employes who are doing dual employment/moon light jobs.
    Some times the Hr will ask you to show the form 16 in screenshare .They ask you to show the form 16 in the portal.
    Bankstatements are also changing the fate of people , People who fake their employment will provide the Edited bankstatements. When BGV teams doubts the statements whihc you shared , then they will ask you for your feasible time so,that they will send their agent to collect the bank statements from you.Here you cant fraud the statements as the agent will be infornt of you and you need to get the statement from the respective bank along with the bank manager signature and stamp of the bank with the branch code. Bank manager will sign only on the documents which are taken in the bank.
    Agent will take the photo of your when your collecting the statements from manager. He will ask you to stand infront of the bank and he will take another photo of yours.He needs to submit it to their superiors in their office.
    If the BGV fails after two months of working with the company: There might be two things which you should be clear about this.
    1. They may terminate you immediately and you need not to serve the notice period.
    2. If there are any huge requirements and if they have employee scarcity then they will accept you — Most of the time this will happen in only small organisations.
    If the BGV fails before joining the company: Hr team will update you that there is some problem with your BGV. Hr will directly informs you that they cant proceed forward with your profile.
