Software Engineer Fresher

A Software Development Engineer can help their colleagues and less experienced Software Development Engineer team members by solving difficulties, providing technical guidance, and training and mentoring others. Exceptional attention to detail, great analytical skills, good communication skills, an inventive attitude, the capacity to tackle complex challenges, and deep technical expertise in software development programming within an agile environment will be critical to success.

About the Role:

Scope:

Provides technological solutions for individual products and/or large projects.
Capable of leading straightforward initiatives with moderate guidance and accountability.

The sphere of influence

Supports immediate project or QA/Software Development Engineer teams • Collaborates with cross-functional teams for successful execution.

Delivery

Develops new software, modifies existing software, or merges software applications and components to meet agreed-upon criteria.
Capability to understand and interpret simple business requirements into code.
Collaborates in meetings, processes, agile ceremonies, and with other technical groups.
Interprets code and solves problems using best practices and standards.
Corrects incidents discovered by the continuous code quality inspection tool.
Requires modest direction and evaluation for activities. • Follows supplied design.
May offer technical assistance to operations or other development teams.
Creates and maintains all relevant technical documentation / manuals for assigned components to ensure supportability.
Makes proposals for problem fixes or software advancements, which are usually approved by a senior developer.
Implements solutions in accordance with standards
Attends project planning sessions with team members to analyze development requirements, present design ideas, and provide work breakdown and estimates of work.
Provides progress updates on the scope of work within projects.
Takes part in internal team and status meetings.

About Yourself:

An entry-level professional position
0 to 1+ years of experience little software development engineer experience (typically new graduate or career transition)
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or business.
Shift Time: 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
Job Placement: Hyderabad
Strong experience in OOPs programming in Java or C#
It is preferable to have knowledge of different programming languages.
Prior experience with software development and quality assurance is preferred.
