Responsibilities

• Maintaining, managing, upgrading, and troubleshooting network tools and equipment
• Assisting with and carrying out installations for new and existing customers, as well as internal projects, including terminations, testing and labeling of most common transmission mediums, hardware installations, and so on.
• Ensure SLAs are met and work proactively to maintain them.
• Conduct vulnerability evaluations on networks, servers, apps, and operating systems.
• Perform network security audits and scans on a scheduled basis.
• Compile and monitor vulnerabilities over time for metric reasons.
• All tools and related papers, such as SOPs, are updated on a timely basis.

Skills

• Demonstration of problem-solving skills
• Prior experience providing technical support in a fast-paced, high-availability, 24×7 environment.
• Knowledge of network and operating systems
