About Role

As a Python Intern at Zysk, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our experienced development team and acquire hands-on experience building modern web apps with Python. You should have a basic understanding of Python and past experience working on Python projects. This internship is meant to give you significant real-world experience in a fast-paced setting.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and improve backend web applications with Python and popular Python frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Work with frontend developers, designers, and other team members to produce streamlined, user-friendly web apps.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications for maximum performance.
• Maintain database structures like tables, relationships, and indexes.
• Participate in code reviews by giving and receiving constructive criticism.
• Keep up with the most recent market developments and advancements in Python, its frameworks, and other related technologies.
• Continuously learn and develop your talents, accepting new challenges and responsibilities as you advance within the team.

Qualification and Skills

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar discipline.
• A strong understanding of object-oriented programming and best practices.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Couchbase.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, along with a strong desire to learn and progress.
