Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Platform Specialists to gather thorough business/user requirement specifications that define the program’s aims.
• Assists in the creation of a technical requirements document, which includes systems and flowcharts depicting how information will flow through the computer and its peripherals or connected equipment.
• Assists with the analysis of business needs and confirms that the proposed solution meets those requirements.
• Supports the transition of specific requirements into a comprehensive, thorough systems design document that focuses on delivering the desired functionality.
• Supports the creation of comprehensive technical specifications based on designs for developers or IT programmers to implement.
• Ensures that the process is documented throughout the development phase, including application use and security protocols.
• Supports the creation of comprehensive technical specifications based on designs for developers or IT programmers to implement.
• Ensures that the process is documented throughout the development phase, including application use and security protocols.
• Supports the examination of any program faults in logic and data and gives the appropriate recommendations to rectify the program and/or escalate the problem.
• Collaborates with the appropriate teams to help with application installation and deployment.
• Assists in the preparation and implementation of the solution in a production environment.

Qualification

• A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in information technology or a similar profession.
• Relevant DevOps certification is preferred.
• Relevant Agile-related certification is preferred.
• Relevant certification of cloud platforms and services, such as (but not limited to) AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Certification in scripting and programming languages such as Bash, Python, and Ruby.
