Why IT companies delay onboarding?
They will be onboarded according to the requirements or project needs. A few of my colleagues who joined in August 2023 became hard-locked to the project after 6 to 7 months. Also, the next budget year begins in September 2024, which could be the reason for this.

Recruiters and employers want freshers to be consistent and willing to learn. Recruiters examine their communication skills and confidence. The ability to impress a recruiter or employer is more significant than your degree.
Fresher should constantly have a learning mindset. Be on time at work. Follow all office rules and establish good collaboration. Always stand up for yourself or herself.
Freshers are usually valuable in large industries. They’ll train you and make you valuable employee.
If you have a learning attitude, you can only learn; else, you can never advance.
In my opinion, employers or organizations expect the previously mentioned from freshers. This will benefit both the freshers and the recruiter/employer. I just have one piece of advice forfreshers: keep a good attitude.

If you are a recent IIT graduate, you may also expect to get a 20LPA package from any product-based company.
Although the cost of living in Bengaluru and Pune is relatively high, it ultimately depends on how you want to live. A 2BHK in a single structure costs between 15 to 20k, whereas a gated community with all amenities and a luxurious vibe costs between 30 to 40k.
You can travel by bus with a monthly pass ranging from 2000 to 3000, or by motorcycle or car.
So, if you live a luxurious lifestyle and want to experience everything the city has to offer, 10LPA is less. However, you can still accomplish a lot with 10LPA.
Again, depending on your investment and taxes, your salary will vary.
PF: 1800(your) + 1800(company) – both part of your ctc: 3600 INR
Professional tax: 200 INR.
Krishi Kalyan Tax: 10INR
Income Tax: Approximately 2000INR
Total deductions: 5810 INR.
So, depending on your investment and taxes, your monthly compensation will range between 75,000 and 80,000.

A phone call would suffice for well-established businesses because they are registered and had legitimate contact information, but a personal visit was essential for smaller unknown businesses. People that were contacted told me about this.
I believe they have outsourced this function.
