You should not even mention that you have another offer in hand. Accept the first offer and consider the second if it is a better option. Negotiate for a good salary without using an offer letter from another company. This does not reflect well on you and suggests that you are actively seeking a better career.
Also, this possible employer may contact the other company to verify, and you may lose both possibilities.
