I am working in Cognizant at senior Analyst ,yes it is possible in cognizant but it depends on a few factors
Stage of Resignation:
Withdrawing your resignation is usually simpler if it is still in the early stages and hasn’t been officially accepted by HR or your manager. You can probably email your boss or use the internal site to lodge a withdrawal request.
Manager’s Approval:
Your manager’s approval is still crucial even if your resignation hasn’t been formally accepted. They might have to determine whether they can still use you and whether your departure would interfere with any ongoing projects.
Company Policy:
To learn more about Cognizant’s official position on resignation withdrawal, it is advisable to refer to their internal HR resources or policy documents, even though particular data might not be easily found online.
The best thing to do is to speak candidly and quickly with your management about your situation. Declare that you would like to rescind your resignation and give an explanation of your decision to stay. A concise explanation and a professional, upbeat attitude will help improve your chances of a successful withdrawal.
Yes
I had resigned twice at Cognizant and was told by HR to leave a 6-month break in between or it could be rejected. It was six months before January, but there were reports that it might be increased to eight months soon.
I hope this helps!
