Infosys will construct dying conditions for the 2022 batch’s selected candidates. There is no other option after two years of loss.
They must provide immediate joining and two years’ compensation to candidates.
Yes, It is true that 2022 passout candidates got an offer for system engineer role from infosys after successfully clearance of infosys interview but it’s been two years they haven’t sent me an email to update. After 2 years we got an email for virtual pre training, I accepted that and completed 4 weeks training. After successfully completing the pre training there was an assessment where we have complete 2 coding problems and 25 MCQs , I had executed all my test cases and successfully submitted and as far I remembered out of 25 MCQs nearby 18+ MCQs I had hitted correct. After the assessment which was held on 24th July, we waited more than 20 days for result but what we got again a training mail for 6 weeks where they will take assessment in any nearby city. It is is not justified, we had waited since last 2 years and not have any other options to join any company due to recession and all.

Infosys ruled 3000+ fresher carreers and after 2 year they send pretraing mail for some candidates only for terminate

Initially, Infosys delayed our joining by two years. Then, in June, we received a pre-training email. I started my pre-training on July 1. Infosys HR informed us that we would receive the results within two days of the pre-training and that we would be commencing on September 2. However, no emails received within two days. We took the exam on July 24 and waited more than 20 days. Following that, we received another pre-training email informing that the pre-training exam would be unavailable. Was this valid? How can we be confident that this won’t happen again? Now I demand justice since Infosys has ruined my life for the past two years. Infosys continually gives us promise of joining and then leaves.
Our training was scheduled to take place in Mysore, according to their onboarding process, but we trusted them and gave the pre-training exam. We were simply expecting the outcome, but what did they do? Sending pre-training emails repeatedly frustrates us.
Exactly, I’m 23 passout batch, till now Infosys doesn’t onboard us, after giving pre training assignment. Infosys offer us on 2022 for DSE role, but after that directly in July 2024 they given us pre training link. But in between 2022 to 2024 they doesn’t send any kind of communication for onboarding or any training materials. It’s disgusting.
