I worked with Wipro for 2 years and never received a Diwali or other festival bonus. The only bonus mentioned was a performance-based bonus, which might be a fixed amount of 1 or 2 lakhs depending on your CTC. This bonus also includes an additional bond agreement with the corporation.
Aside from that, Wipro awards its employees with Diwali ODCs across India!!
