    Following the HR interview, the college placement cell or TCS should email the shortlisted candidates within ten hours. After being chosen, candidates must accept an offer letter through the TCS Nextstep site within two days of receiving it. The offer letter will contain information on the position, the salary, and the requirements for joining. Candidates must fulfill all prerequisites and finish any paperwork before starting at TCS.

    Regretfully, following the TCS HR round, there is no surefire way to find out for sure if you’ve been picked. Still, there are a few indicators that point to a successful conclusion.

    • It’s encouraging if the HR interview went well and you felt the interviewer was interested in your qualifications. They might be giving you serious consideration if they also indicated the following steps in the onboarding process or gave you a deadline for the choice.
