    Hello swapnil i have an information about the vacation days in tcs , company offers paid time off  to eligible employees, including earned leaves, casual leaves, sick leaves, and flexi leaves:

    • Earned leaves
      16 days per year, or 4 per quarter, that can be carried forward up to 48 days. Any earned leaves over 48 days are encashed and added to the next month’s salary.
    • Casual leaves
      7 days per year, or 1.75 per quarter, that expire at the end of the financial year.
    • Sick leaves
      10 days per year, or 2.5 per quarter, that can be carried forward up to 44 days. Any sick leaves over 44 days expire at the end of the financial year.
    • Flexi leaves
      2 days per year that expire at the end of the calendar year. New flexi leaves are allocated in January. Employees can also choose two festivals to take as flexi leaves.
