Companies hire freshers. Most companies expect a strong score and no backlogs when hiring freshers. Many candidates fail to fulfill this condition they (apart from software) also seek candidates who will be able to work with them for a longer period of time because they have to participate in training for their product requirements, which can be costly.
When it comes to experience, some fake software companies charge money for fake experience certificates. Other fields depend totally on a person’s capacity to learn and develop their skills.
Personally, I knew some certificate holders who earned more than engineers simply because they learned the necessary abilities from the ground up. I even met some engineers who worked as workers in a vehicle manufacturing operation.
