My manager ask me to resign and take salary of 3 months because of i am on bench since 1 year , what should I do ?
Hello amruta , same problems happens with the cognizant employees and i am one of them , dont take stress and follow some steps which are given by me .
You need to be stay aware about the situation and you have to ask any of managers for project allocation or project vacancies . Project allocation is the only way to tackle and being safe from this situation . You have to find agressively projects . so create a network and messaging all managers through the microsoft teams .
