    No, not at all. TCS never restricts or blocks anyone. Of course, if you sign the bond for two years, you must pay the bond amount. If you are scared to pay, I recommend that you spend since they will supply you with an experience certificate. If you don’t, you’ll lose your experience and have a 1% chance of facing TCS claims, but only if you filled the Bond Paper and sent it to them.
