Is promotion from C1 to C2 automatic?
Eligibility for promotion exam in TCS 18 months of service in TCS. The previous 2 appraisal bands should be “A” or “B”. After this, with your supervisor's approval (if he/she wishes to do) you will be eligible for writing the promotion exam. Once you clear the promotion exam, your band will upgrade.
